2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Newline Transport Company, a chauffeur service provider.
  • “Client” / “Passenger” refers to any person who books or uses the chauffeur service.
  • “Vehicle” refers to any car, limousine, or fleet vehicle operated by Newline Trans.
  • “Chauffeur” refers to the licensed and professional driver assigned to transport passengers.

3. Services Offered

Newline Transport Company provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation for:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Business and Corporate Travel
  • City-to-City Travel
  • Weddings and Special Events
  • Hourly & Full-Day Hires
  • VIP and Executive Transportation

Services are available 24/7, subject to advance booking and vehicle availability.

4. Booking & Reservations

4.1. How to Book

Clients can book chauffeur services through:

  • Phone Call
  • Email
  • Our Website / Mobile App

4.2. Advance Booking

  • Clients are encouraged to book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  • Immediate bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

4.3. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed via email or SMS with details including pickup time, vehicle type, and chauffeur details.

4.4. Cancellation & Modification

  • Modification: Clients may modify their bookings up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation:
    • More than 12 hours before pickup - No cancellation fee.
    • 6-12 hours before pickup - 50% charge of total fare.
    • Less than 6 hours before pickup - 100% charge (no refund).

5. Passenger Responsibilities

5.1. Punctuality

  • Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed before waiting charges apply.

5.2. Conduct & Behavior

Passengers must:

  • Treat the chauffeur with respect.
  • Follow all Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
  • Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming prohibited substances inside the vehicle.

Newline Transport Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a passenger behaves inappropriately.

5.3. Seatbelt & Safety Compliance

All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times, as required by Saudi traffic laws.

5.4. Prohibited Items

Clients are not allowed to carry:

  • ❌ Illegal substances (drugs, alcohol, etc.)
  • ❌ Weapons or hazardous materials
  • ❌ Large luggage that does not fit within the designated luggage area.

If illegal items are found, the company will report the incident to authorities.

6. Newline Transport Company’s Responsibilities

6.1. Professional Chauffeurs

  • Our chauffeurs are licensed, trained, and experienced.
  • They will be punctual, well-dressed, and professional at all times.

6.2. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Vehicles are regularly serviced and sanitized before every trip.
  • Each vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, bottled water, and phone chargers.

6.3. Insurance & Compliance

  • All vehicles are fully insured, covering passengers in case of accidents.
  • The company complies with Saudi Arabian transportation and licensing regulations.

7. Payment Terms

7.1. Pricing & Charges

  • Fare calculations are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and route.
  • Additional charges apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, and parking fees.

7.2. Payment Methods

Newline Transport Company accepts:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash Payments (only for specific bookings)
  • Corporate Accounts (with prior approval)

7.3. Late Payment Fees

  • For corporate bookings, invoices must be paid within 7 days of service completion.
  • A late fee of 5% applies for overdue payments beyond 7 days.

8. Additional Charges

8.1. Waiting Time Charges

  • 15-minute grace period for all pickups.
  • After 15 minutes, waiting charges of SAR 50 per 15 minutes apply.

8.2. Additional Stops

  • Unscheduled stops are charged at SAR 50 per stop (subject to availability).

8.3. Damage Fees

  • If a passenger damages the vehicle (spills, stains, smoking, vomiting), a cleaning/damage fee of SAR 500 will be applied.

9. Liability & Limitations

9.1. Delays & Force Majeure

Newline Transport Company is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Mechanical breakdowns 🔧

9.2. Personal Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
  • The company is not liable for lost or stolen items.

10. Saudi Arabian Law & Compliance

Newline Transport Company operates under:

  • Saudi Transport General Authority regulations
  • Road Traffic Safety Laws
  • Saudi Labor Laws for Chauffeurs

Illegal activities in company vehicles will be reported to authorities.

11. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

  • Passenger information (names, contact details, payment info) is confidential.
  • We do not share or sell passenger data.
  • All transactions are secured under Saudi Arabian data protection laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
  • Dispute Handling: If a dispute arises, it will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, it will be taken to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
